Join PIPCLT: Community Partnerships Manager Role Driving Inclusive Economic Development

Job Description

PIPCLT is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Community Partnerships Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our mission forward by building meaningful relationships, fostering a sense of community among our stakeholders, and promoting our initiatives in diverse communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Community Outreach: Develop and implement strategies to identify and engage with minority business owners, local organizations, community groups, and public institutions. Conduct comprehensive research to identify minority business owners, local organizations, and potential collaborators. Design outreach programs tailored to the unique needs and interests of various community groups. Establish regular communication channels with community leaders and representatives to ensure continued engagement. Collaborate with public institutions to leverage resources and co-host events that align with the organization's objectives.

  • Partnership Building: Form and maintain partnerships with local businesses, government bodies, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to develop and improve real estate solutions for minority business owners. Identify potential partners in the fields of business, government, finance, and other relevant sectors. Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements that align with the organization's goals. Regularly review and renew partnerships to ensure they remain effective and relevant. Facilitate meetings, discussions, and brainstorming sessions with partners to generate innovative solutions for minority business owners.

  • Event Planning & Execution: Organize and oversee events, meetings, and workshops aimed at community engagement, awareness-raising, and education on our initiatives. Plan, coordinate, and execute a range of events including workshops, seminars, and community gatherings. Collaborate with relevant external organizations and internal staff to ensure events are well-promoted and well-attended. Gather feedback post-event to continually refine and improve the event planning process. Ensure all events adhere to the organization's brand guidelines and quality standards.

  • Communication & Advocacy: Serve as a spokesperson for the organization, articulating our mission, programs, and impacts to a variety of audiences. Advocate for policies and initiatives that support minority business owners. Engage with media, including interviews, press releases, and public statements. Liaise with policymakers and advocate for regulatory changes that can benefit minority business owners. Remain updated on relevant industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to ensure accurate and timely communication.

  • Program Development & Management: Develop and manage community engagement programs that enhance our visibility and impact in the communities we serve. Track, measure, and report on the success of these initiatives. Develop community engagement programs based on thorough research and understanding of community needs. Allocate resources efficiently to ensure the success and sustainability of the programs. Track key performance indicators to evaluate the success of each initiative, making necessary adjustments as needed. Report on program outcomes to internal stakeholders and, where appropriate, to the broader community.

Compensation

Annual Salary: $70,000 to $80,000
