Edwardo Rikprashad is the Founder and President at Intact. Founded in 2001, they provide Commercial Construction & Commercial Cleaning Service and Maintenance in Minneapolis/St. Paul, and surrounding Midwest states. Intact's Headquarters are located at Wycliff Building (www.thewycliff.com), which is a renovated peanut factory turned industrial creative building that showcases demolition and restorative services provided by Edwardo, Intact and their service partners.

The project entailed over 150 tons of demolition, custom painting, built out corridors and restoration of concrete floors throughout the entire building. Intact plays a vital role in the transformation of buildings like Wycliff, which boasts of 5 levels, 10 interconnected buildings, and over 300,000 square feet - serving small to mid-sized companies as tenants in St. Paul's Midway. Not just because of their experience, but also their commitment to projects - Intact continues to build reverence among top rate developers in the local markets they serve, and they welcome the opportunity to expand into new markets.
